CPR training renewal with Ready SF!
Our Roots y Ramas staff together with the teachers of the Oak heart Forest Program in the North Bay we renewed our CPR / AED / First Aid Kit training through Ready SF.
We learned so much with David and Daniel while engaging in their hands on teaching formula. We are all feeling more empowered to care for ourselves and others in the case of minor and major emergencies in the forest, and anywhere.
